What You’ll Need to Have on Hand Before You Begin:

2. Pumper Well Assignments
- Who’s responsible for which wells
3. Lease & Well Info
- Lease Names
- Well Names
- Tank Sizes or Strap Charts
- Any special readings you take at the tank battery or well level (e.g., pressures, runtimes, etc.)
- Common Downtime Reasons you’d like to track (e.g., power failure, hole in tubing, etc)
💡 Tip: If it’s easier, just drag and drop your existing Excel sheet or scanned paper gauge reports into the form—we can usually pull everything we need from there.
